DESCRIPTION:“MINDFULNESS in the GARDEN”  \nHave you heard about Mindfulness and/or Mindful Meditation and wondering what it’s all about? Carey invites you to bring your friends and delve into the practice of mindfulness for an enriching and therapeutic experience\, gain clarity\, focus and develop a personal application for using mindfulness in your own life.  \nPartnering with Whistling Gardens\, we will utilize the healing effects of group and nature therapy to learn about and practice two styles of Mindful Meditation and engage in a guided exercise to create your own personal mindfulness plan. You are then invited to carry on in your mindful journey as you enjoy the stunning 22 acres of botanical gardens!  \nLOCATION: Whistling Gardens. 698 Concession 3 Wilsonville\, ON. N0E1Z0.  \n In 2024\, 3 sessions will be offered on the following dates:  \nSun. May 26 @ 10:30 am to 12:30 pm  \nThurs. June 6 @ 10:30 am to 12:30 pm  \nSun. Sept 22 @ 11:00 am to 1:00 pm  \nEach session can accommodate 10 participants and will run rain or shine with a minimum of 4 participants.  \nPlease register directly with Carey at clferris.rn@gmail.com  or 519.550.2251 indicating the date you wish to register for.  \nCOST: $80. This cost includes applicable GST/HST\, “MINDFULNESS in the GARDEN” professionally created by Carey L Ferris RN\, and your admission fee to WHISTLING GARDENS for the day.
