Shut off your body’s fight or flight reflex and be lead deeply into a state of meditative relaxation and contemplation through a sound journey.\nSound baths are a safe meditative practice for all. The benefits of sound healing includes; balance and calmness\, increased well being\, self awareness\, restoration of mind\, body and spirit\, lowered blood pressure\, anxiety\, stress\, physical pains and depression just to name a few. \nWhat Should You Bring? Bring your own water; wear comfortable clothing\, pillow\, blanket or your favorite folding chair \nRegistration closes 24 hours before this 3 hour session.
