Carey invites you to bring your friends and delve into the practice of mindfulness for an enriching and therapeutic experience\, gain clarity\, focus and develop a personal application for using mindfulness in your own life.  \nPartnering with Whistling Gardens\, we will utilize the healing effects of group and nature therapy to learn about and practice two styles of Mindful Meditation and engage in a guided exercise to create your own personal mindfulness plan.
