Only outdoor washrooms are available at this time. Please keep personal belongings locked in your vehicle. There is a designated picnic seating area near The Redbud, as well as benches throughout the gardens.
Maps are available at the Guest Services booth at the entrance of the gardens.
Picking, pruning and collecting of any plant material is strictly prohibited. You are welcome walk on the grass but please stay out of the gardens.
The gardens are designed to maximize wheelchair access. However, due to the nature of gardens and their design, surfaces vary from compact stones, grass, to ornamental rocks. Access could be limited in some cases. For your comfort, guests are encouraged to bring your own wheelchair fitted with outdoor tires, walking aids and don't forget to bring a friend to help

Please notify our Member Services staff upon your arrival of any special needs you might have during your visit as we care for your comfort. Our team is Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) trained, as we remain dedicated to ensure every guest is comfortable during their garden stay.
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the gardens. Only certified Guide Dogs are allowed.
Please note: There are free range birds including chickens, Royal Mute Swans and Egyptian Geese. Do not feed the birds and respect their space.
Please chaperone small children at all times during your stay to help us protect sensitive plant collections, water and architectural features.
Bring appropriate clothing and wear comfortable footwear. Spring and fall weather in particular can change quickly.
